Mounting Plate and Ground Post Mount Kit #03028-G, has pre- drilled holes to fit the LaCrosse WS3610 and WS2300 weather station series rain gauge and transmitter. All mounting plate hardware including a 40 inch galvanized steel ground post (in 2 sections) for mounting the WS3610 / WS2300 weather station series' rain gauge and transmitter is included in the mounting plate and ground post mounting kit.

The Weathermass mounting plate is made in New England and tested to withstand the rigors of winter. The mounting plate is made of 1/8" thick aluminum and white paint finished to minimize corrosion. Each mounting plate has drain holes to allow rain emptied by the self dumping mechanism a place to flow away from the rain gauge electronics. The mounting plate and ground post kit includes all the hardware to mount the plate to the post and to mount the rain gauge to the mounting plate.
